We produce this wine with Godello grapes, with the care and rigor that this special white wine demands. Made with the Godello variety within the D.O. Ribeira Sacra with limited production. After manual harvesting, destemming, crushing, and pressing are carried out. The lees are worked for approximately 1 month during the fermentation of the must without skins. After 9 months in bottle, a balanced wine is obtained that reflects the complexity of the variety.

Sight
Clean and bright. Straw yellow color with steely rim
Nose
High intensity. Aromas of apple, stone fruit (apricot) and white flowers.
Palate
Medium-high acidity. Balanced and glyceric. Full-bodied with a medium finish.
