The only wine born in a book: Limited production (1900 bottles) in collaboration and tribute to author Dolores Redondo, winner of the 2016 Planeta Prize for her novel "Todo esto te daré" (inspired by our Vía Romana winery and its unique location in Ribeira Sacra).
An aged Mencía wine, raised in clay amphorae for 9 months, 31 months in tank, and a minimum of 24 months in bottle, without haste, before reaching the market. It results in a warm, structured, and very pleasant wine.
Its time in amphora gives it an aromatic opening, highlighting ripe red fruit aromas with slight mineral notes, and on the palate it provides a silky and tremendously balanced mouthfeel. Complex elaboration of selected Mencía grapes that yields an exceptional book-worthy wine!
