Vía Romana Rosado is a single-varietal Mencía wine produced in the D.O. Ribeira Sacra. After manual selection of the bunches, the must is directly bled and fermented at below 18ºC. Subsequently, it undergoes aging on lees for two months before being bottled. As a result of our commitment to constant innovation, we have chosen to release this special limited edition, as for each bottle sold, the winery will donate €1 to the Chantada Contra o Cancro Association. 75 cl. | Vintage 2021 | 12.5% | Contains sulfites | Product of Spain
