It encapsulates the best of Galician whites in a bright and floral wine.
Crushed and cold maceration carried out at 16°C. Draining of the best must. Settling to remove the coarsest particles. Racking. Fermentation at low temperature to prevent the evaporation of aromas.
Marqués de Sanfiz is the result of the perfect blend of the three most important native Galician varieties, Treixadura, Godello, and Albariño, from vineyards located around the Castrelo de Miño reservoir. The Atlantic-Mediterranean transitional climate allows for harvesting at optimal ripeness, without losing the characteristic acidity and aromatic complexity.
