Wine cultivated on 10 hectares of our own vineyard. An exceptional, balanced, and unique Albariño wine. Monovarietal Albariño wine, made at the optimal moment of ripeness, after manual selection of clusters in the vineyard, with cold maceration to preserve aromatic precursors and thus obtain a wine with great aromatic complexity. In our little corner of Rías Baixas, where the Miño River embraces the Atlantic, we have found an idyllic spot in "O Rosal." Here, with the utmost respect for the land, we cultivate our monovarietal Albariño, Mar del Norte, a wine born from the manual selection of grapes at their optimal ripeness. This privileged enclave, with its high humidity and sandy soils, provides the perfect conditions for an exceptional, balanced, and unique Albariño to flourish. Mar del Norte stands out for its vibrant freshness and harmony between acidity and alcohol, making it a versatile companion in gastronomy. Each sip reveals its sensory complexity, the result of careful cold maceration that captures the essence of our winemaking tradition.
